Vision:
Our vision is for women to grow in their relationships with the Lord, Jesus Christ and with each other; to be active participants in their local Churches and to reach out to their family, friends and communities with the love of God.
Mission:
Our mission is to provide a small group Bible study for women of all ages, to lead women to know Jesus as their personal Savior and to provide a safe place for women to ask questions, share experiences, develop friendships and, most importantly, grow closer to God.
Covenant:
1. We will meet every Thursday morning from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
2. We will adhere to the following timetable for each meeting:
9:30 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. - Coffee Time
9:45 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. - Announcements and Opening Activity
10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. -Bible Study
3. We will end meeting promptly at 11:00 a.m.
4. We are here to see what the Bible has to say, not to argue opinions.
5. No previous experience in studying the Bible is needed.
6. The Bible study will not require homework or outside preparation.
7. We will respect the confidentiality of the group and affirm each group member. What we say here must stay here”.
8. We will allow everyone a chance to speak, no one woman will dominated the discussion.
9. We will try to be as honest as possible with each other within the group.
10. We will not spend group time gossiping about people who are outside the group.
11. We will have an open chair policy, and we will pray for a woman to come and fill that chair.
12. The leader is a facilitator, not the woman with all the answers.
13. No woman will ever be required to pray out loud. You should only pray out loud when you feel free to do so.
